The specialty services we provide are designed to solve problems and provide new ideas and recommendations where situations are identified, such as inadequate roof sloping, water ponding, and other problematic issues. We can provide solutions in such cases to remedy the issue, whether it's reconfiguration of a roof deck, installing new insulation foam, or recreating and converting a low or sloped roof deck to a tapered deck. By such roof conversations, we can disperse and divert water efficiently off your roof deck to prevent ongoing water issues. Our team is capable of handling everything from small repairs to large projects. With well-trained personnel that work according to safety protocols, you can trust that our will be top-notch. We offer a wide range of services, including carpentry and repairs to damaged wood, roof eaves, rafters, and trim. We also offer painting to complete the task.

We have a patent for a Standing Seam Metal Roof System that sustained 250 mph wind force of Hurricane Iniki. We also have standing seam, gutter fabricating machines, and metal flashing breaks, which can conform metal systems on sites. We have completed and installed metal roof hugger systems, which is an engineered purlin system that can be installed unto another roof system, eliminating the need to remove the existing roof system, and detour from disrupting the existing business daily productions. A new metal roof system can then be installed unto the newly installed purlin system.

We are well-equipped to provide a variety of crane services. Our staff of certified crane operators, lift directors, qualified riggers, and qualified signal men contribute to a positive overall result for any project completed. We are able to lift materials and equipment to and from rooftops, as well as provide additional services that may be needed.
